Flontech® FT-CAR23-GR2-6

Flontech® FT-CAR23-GR2-6 by Flontech is a 75% virgin, high flow, non-flammable, thermally conductive polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) fluoropolymer grade. It is reinforced with 23% hard carbon and 2% graphite. It is an energy saving, low maintenance and reliable grade. Exhibits good dry running characteristics, hardness and good electrical conductivity when highly filled. Offers improved lubricity and resistance to advanced pressure, hydrofluoric & hydrochloric acid and strong bases (except oxidizing environments). Flontech® FT-CAR23-GR2-6 by Flontech is suitable for processing by compression, automatic and isostatic molding. Recommended for food, drug and water applications, sealings & bearings in piston compressors, V-rind-packings, lipseals and piston-rod pack.
