Flontech® FT-EK5-CF5-1

Flontech® FT-EK5-CF5-1 by Flontech is a 90% virgin, non-flammable polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) fluoropolymer grade. It is reinforced with 5% aromatic polyester and 5% carbon fiber. It is an energy saving, low maintenance and reliable grade. Exhibits dimensional stability at high temperatures, weathering & ageing characteristics, increased thermal and electrical conductivity. Offers low abrasion at the counterpart surface, good dry running properties & resistance to high temperature (>300°C), hydrofluoric acid and strong bases (except oxidizing environments). Flontech® FT-EK5-CF5-1 by Flontech is suitable for processing by compression molding. Recommended for high speed rotating radial sealings and food & drug approved applications.
