Flontech® FT-PPS15-CARR10-M2-2

Flontech® FT-PPS15-CARR10-M2-2 by Flontech is a 73% virgin, low flow, non-flammable, chemically inert, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) fluoropolymer grade. It is reinforced with 15% polyphenylene sulphide (PPS), 10% soft carbon and 2% molybdenum disulphide (MoS2). It is an energy saving, low maintenance and reliable grade. Possesses good hardness, weathering and aging characteristics. Exhibits improved sliding properties, dimensional stability at high temperature, improved binding (PTFE+bronze+carbon) when used as an additive and pressure resistance. It reacts with oxidizing acids and is sensitive to thermal treatment. Flontech® FT-PPS15-CARR10-M2-2 by Flontech can be processed by automatic, isostatic and compression molding. Recommended for food and drug applications.
