BLUGLASS

BLUGLASS by Fluorseals is a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) grade, containing 72% virgin PTFE and 28% glass fiber and special blue pigment. Exhibits improved compression- , aging- and wear resistance, excellent chemical stability and better thermal conductivity. Is an electrically insulating and non-inflammable grade, offering biocompatibility and good heat insulation. BLUGLASS is most commonly used filler for dynamic seal applications where both rotating and alternating movements are involved, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical parts. Complies with FDA Regulations 21 CFR Ch. 1 § 177.1550 (a) (1) and (b)-Perfluorocarbon Resins.
