Formolene® 4142T

Formolene® 4142T is a Polypropylene (PP) homopolymer grade containing a unique combination of stabilizers and additives, including nucleation and antistat. Provides excellent processability i.e. fast cycle time and easy mold release and good end use performance. Designed for injection molding process and suggested applications include appliances, closures and thin wall parts. Formolene® 4142T meets the requirements of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration as specified in 21 CFR177.1520, covering safe use of polyolefin articles and components of articles intended for direct food contact. Also meets the requirements for materials & articles intended to come into contact with food as specified by Directives EC/2023/2006, EC/1935/2004, EU/10/2011 and EU/1183/2012 and is UL certified. This grade is free from animal-derived content.
