FORMPOLY® PPSGF40 by Formulated Polymers is a heat stabilized polyphenylene sulphide (PPS) resin reinforced with 40% glass fiber. Is a flame retardant grade exhibiting high crystallinity, low odor, general chemical resistance, high strength and flexural modulus. Offers dimensional stability and flows well for intricate & precision parts. FORMPOLY® PPSGF40 is used in chemical pump housings, impellers, relay housing, terminal blocks, connectors, bobbins, brush holders, hot pan handles, steam valves, hot water manifolds, mixer/circulation parts, halogen bulb holders, microwave oven, turntable, gears, toasters and switches.
