GEHR PMMA®

GEHR PMMA® is a polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) grade by GEHR. Provides very high mechanical strength, hardness, high mechanical rigidity, excellent transparency and good thermal stability. Exhibits good insulation properties, low water absorption, tensile strength, excellent weather resistance and low chemical resistance. Is brittle, easy to polish and shows possible stress problems. Offers good temperature resistance, UV-stability, scratch resistance and bondability. GEHR PMMA® is used in displays, advertisements, tubes for lamps, hand rails and food industry. Complies with EEC, FDA and UL 94 HB flame rating.
