GEHR PVDF®

GEHR PVDF® is a UV stabilized polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) grade by GEHR. Exhibits high tensile & mechanical strength, high rigidity & toughness even at low temperatures, limited bondability and very low water absorption. Offers dimensional stability, relatively high coefficient of thermal expansion and good friction, wear & tear values. Provides high chemical-, pressure-, UV-, chlorine-, bromine- and high-energy radiation resistance. Is self-extinguishing, produces toxic fumes when burned and shows low insulation properties. GEHR PVDF® is used in gaskets, pumps, rotation discs, valves, flap traps, centrifugal extraction, fittings, glide tracks and cogwheels. Complies with FDA and UL 94 V-0 flame rating.
