G-PAEK™ 1120FE

G-PAEK™ 1120FE is an ultra-high performance, semi-crystalline, 20% PTFE blended in polyether ketone grade with easy flow. Exhibits excellent chemical-, wear (at high temperatures)-, abrasion-, gamma radiation- and hydrolysis resistance. Provides excellent electrical properties, low mold wear, low corrosion, tight thickness tolerance control, short-term resistance to temperatures up to 350°C and high permanent service temperature up to 250°C. Has high limiting oxygen index (LOI), high glass transition temperature and high melting temperature. Possesses low shrinkage, dimensional stability at elevated temperatures, improved compressive strength, low coefficient of friction, low tendency to creep, exceptional dielectric and mechanical strength. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Suitable for high temperature applications and load-bearing applications such as valve seats & mechanical seals. Applications include electrical & electronic devices such as connectors, capacitors, sensors, bobbins and switches.
