G-PAEK™ 1230FCT

G-PAEK™ 1230FCT is a polyether ketone (PEK). It is an ultra-high performance lubricated polymer, filled with carbon fiber, PTFE, graphite, HBN and MoS2. Its semi-crystalline granules are suitable for injection molding applications. Is black in color and has an easy flow. Shows excellent wear resistance, chemical resistance to aggressive environments, improved compressive strength, excellent gamma radiation resistance, low coefficient of friction, excellent electrical performance and hydrolysis resistance at high temperatures. Exhibits excellent creep properties, high fatigue strength and dimensional stability. Possesses retention of mechanical and physical properties up to 30°C higher than PEEK, supporting higher loads without permanent deformation. Recommended for automotive/transportation segment for gears, bearings and bushes and in printer, textile parts such as thrust pads, roller bearings and dry lubricating bushes.
