G-PAEK™ 1460GF

G-PAEK™ 1430GF is an ultra-high performance, semi-crystalline, easy flow polyether ketone grade reinforced with 60% glass fiber. Exhibits excellent chemical-, wear (at high temperatures)-, abrasion-, gamma radiation- and hydrolysis resistance. Provides excellent electrical properties, low mold wear, low corrosion, tight thickness tolerance control, short-term resistance to temperatures up to 350°C and high permanent service temperature up to 250°C. Has high limiting oxygen index (LOI), high glass transition temperature and high melting temperature. Possesses low shrinkage, dimensional stability at elevated temperatures, improved compressive strength, low coefficient of friction, low tendency to creep, exceptional dielectric and mechanical strength. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Suitable for high temperature as well as load bearing applications and sterilization for medical & food contact applications. Applications include electrical & electronic devices such as connectors, capacitors, sensors, bobbins and switches.
