Terratek® BD4015

Terratek® BD4015 by Green Dot Bioplastics is a starch-based, biodegradable composite. It possesses heat resistance, outstanding mechanical qualities, including strength and a unique combination of rigidity and pliability. It is a proprietary blend of natural and synthetic biodegradable polymers. It is made with ingredients which pass industry standards for composting. This product provides a cost-effective alternative for producing heat-tolerant and bio-based compostable products. Terratek® BD4015 is processed by injection molding. It is ideal for producing disposable packaging materials and containers. Also, used in the manufacture of industrial and consumer products, including durable products that can be composted at the end of their lifespan. It can be conveniently processed, formed and colored by finished goods manufacturers in accordance with their respective product needs and specifications.
