Terratek® BD4100

Terratek® BD4100 by Green Dot Bioplastics is a starch-based, biodegradable polyester grade. It is a proprietary blend of bio fillers, natural and synthetic polymers. It is made with ingredients which pass industry standards for composting. It possesses heat resistance, rigidity, pliability, strength and lower processing temperatures. It leads to energy savings and easy processing and taking on desired shape & color characteristics. This grade is tolerant to heat conditions ranging from moderate to high. Terratek® BD4100 is processed by injection molding. It is used in food packaging, disposable cutlery, single-use items, organic waste containers, gardening & other agricultural applications, plant pots and mulch films. It contains 53% by weight biomass content.
