Terratek® WC200180

Terratek® WC200180 by Green Dot Bioplastics is a combination of maple wood and (PA6) nylon grade. This sustainable wood plastic composite blends fine wood particles with renewable, biodegradable, reclaimed, recycled or virgin plastic materials to make firm, smooth pellets. It reduces energy use since it melts at lower temperatures. This grade offers uniform pellet size for even melting, low moisture content, low processing temperature, weather stability, long life and less maintenance. It provides no splinter, more natural look & feel and ease of processing. It is compatible with existing machinery. Terratek® WC200180 is used in children’s & dogs toys, automotive interiors, patio furniture, lawn & garden edging, fencing materials, outdoor decking materials and siding. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It is reclaimed from woodworking industries, such as window and door factories, creating an upcycled waste stream. It has 17% by weight biomass content.
