HTB52 by Hanwha Total Petrochemical (Hanwha Group) is a highly crystalline, antistatic polypropylene (PP) grade reinforced with 30% talc. It is available in the form of pellets. Possesses superior mechanical properties including flexural modulus, shear strength, surface hardness and tensile strength. Exhibits good plasticity, low shear stress & viscosity, good weatherability and superior processability. Offers reduced cooling time, high scratch and heat resistance, improved productivity, reduced product weight and specific gravity. Prevents deformation and discoloration of car parts caused by heat within closed spaces and U.V. rays. HTB52 can be processed by injection molding. Applications include automotive interior parts, body consoles, pillars, trim and heater cases, automotive electronic systems, center pillar-UPR, thin walled products, high temperature conditions such as in engines and air-conditioning system parts.
