NH53G by Hanwha Total Petrochemical (Hanwha Group) is a polypropylene (PP) grade reinforced with mica. It is available in the form of pellets and produced by modifying a variety of base PPs including HIPP (High Isotactic Polypropylene) and Hanwha Total's special processing technologies. Exhibits high rigidity, high temperature & mechanical strength, excellent size stability, high flexural strength and outstanding electrical properties. Offers wide molding range, good dimensional stability, low warpage, good processability, low bending & shrinkage rate, good heat and impact resistance. Can be processed by injection moding. NH53G is recommended for automobile parts, valves, door assemblies, electrical/ electronic parts such as air conditioner fans.
