TB71S by Hanwha Total Petrochemical (Hanwha Group) is a highly crystalline, anti-static polypropylene (PP) grade reinforced with 20 % talc. Exhibits superior mechanical properties, reduced specific gravity, low shear stress & viscosity, good processability and high shear rates. Offers superior flexural modulus, surface hardness, reduced weight & cooling time, high productivity & scratch resistance and good tensile strength. Prevents deformation and discoloration of automobile parts caused by heat in enclosed spaces and the U.V. rays of summer. Can be processed by injection molding. TB71S is recommended for automotive pillars, trim, cooling fans, blower fans and cover cowl tops.
