StyroTalc 51 by Heritage Plastics is a general purpose polystyrene (GPPS) grade reinforced with 50% talc. Offers excellent performance, low energy consumption and reduced environmental footprint. It is cost effective, heavy metal free and insoluble in water. Is suitable for processing by thermoformed sheet extrusion. Designed to be used as a nucleating agent in foamed PS sheet applications. StyroTalc 51 is approved for use in direct food contact packaging and complies with California Proposition 65, EPA TSCA Inventory & CONEG regulations.
