Heromelt™ FEP by Daikin Compounding Italy is a fully-fluorinated perfluorinated ethylene propylene grade reinforced with carbon- and glass fibers. It shows good resistance to high temperatures, chemicals and atmospheric agents. Exhibits non-stick properties and low coefficient of friction. It can be processed by melt extrusion and injection moulding. Heromelt™ FEP is used in coating and insulation of electrical cables and pipes.
