Solarene® G-116 by Hyundai EP is a general purpose polystyrene (GPPS) grade available in the form of pellets. Exhibits high strength, high heat resistance, good melt flow index and good chemical resistance. It is insoluble in water & soluble in other solvents such as chlorinated & aromatic solvents, and acetone. Can be processed using extrusion. Solarene® G-116 is recommended for refrigerator parts, extruded polystyrene (XPS), optical, polystyrene plastics (PSP), and lighting fixture applications. It complies with the RoHS regulation.
