Polystyrene HP-8250 by I. Stern and Company is a high impact polystyrene (HIPS) resin. Is a hard and rigid grade exhibiting impact strength more than five times that of general purpose polystyrene (GPPS). Possesses excellent toughness & environmental stress cracking resistance and offers good processability. Suitable for processing by extrusion. Polystyrene HP-8250 by I. Stern and Company is used in displays and small appliances. Complies with UL 94 flammability regulations and meets the specifications of norm21 CFR 177.1640 of the FDA.
