BPD8128

BPD8128 is a high molecular weight low density polyethylene (LDPE) compound. It is a non-staining Monosil® product that contains a controlled amount of metal-deactivator and antioxidant to provide the desired copper contact performance. Can be crosslinked with silanes and is suitable for processing by extrusion. Recommended for the insulation of low voltage power cables. BPD8128 meets material specifications including IEC 60502 - 1/2, ISO 1872/1-PE, KHN, 23-D003 and ASTM D 1248 Type I, Class A, Cat 5. It complies with the EU Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004, Commission Regulation (EU) No 10/2011, & Commission Regulation (EC) No 2023/2006. Also, meets the relevant requirements of regulations including RoHS-2011/65/EU, WEEE-2002/96/EC, EoL-2000/53/EC, Regulation (EC) 1907/2006, and REACH-Regulation No. 1907/2006.
