Eltex® HD5240GA-B

Eltex® HD5240GA-B is a high density polyethylene (HDPE) copolymer grade containing a slip agent. Exhibits narrow molecular weight distribution, high purity, excellent organoleptic properties, easy processing, good environmental stress cracking resistance, high impact strength, and low warpage. Can be processed using injection molding. Recommended for caps & closures for the packaging of juices, functionalized beverages and slightly carbonated or pressurized beverages. It complies with the EU Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004, Commission Regulation (EU) No 10/2011, & Commission Regulation (EC) No 2023/2006 for food contact applications. Meets the relevant requirements of regulations including RoHS-2011/65/EU, WEEE-2002/96/EC, EoL-2000/53/EC, Regulation (EC) 1907/2006, and REACH-Regulation No. 1907/2006.
