Styrolution® PS 158K by INEOS Styrolution Group is a rapid freezing general purpose polystyrene (GPPS) grade. Exhibits good impact resistance, high heat resistance and transparency. Designed for injection molding process. Styrolution® PS 158K is recommended for manufacturing of film and transparent sheet for showcases & displays, consumer electronics, household items, photo frames and building material. Suitable for physically and chemically foamed high-quality foamed articles such as foam containers, labels and profiles (PSP / XPS). Used as a replacement of styrene acrylonitrile (SAN) in several applications like water filter containers and pen parts. Can be applied to blend with high impact polystyrene (HIPS) and Styrolux.
