TORZEN® Marathon G3500XHL BK20 PA66 Resin is a black, heat stabilized polyamide 66 (PA66) grade reinforced with 35 % glass fibers. Exhibits good machine feed and mold release. Possesses significantly improved balance of continuous heat and peak temperature property retention. Shows high flowability and similar shrinkage compared to conventional PA66 resins. Suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended for automotive applications in the manufacturing of brake, clutch & gas pedals, actuators & motors, door mechanisms, dashboard systems & components, safety systems & seating systems, air intake manifolds, resonators, shifter bases, engine oil pans, valve covers, emissions canisters, charge air coolers, coolant inlets & outlets, thermostat housings and radiator end tanks. Used in electrical/electronics applications like switches, relays, sensors & solenoids and system components and in industrial applications in like hoses & tubing, rods, shapes, screws, nuts, meters, gears, power transmissions, pressure vessels, chair bases and railways. Also used in consumer applications like large and small appliances & HVAC systems, power tools, hand tools, outdoor appliances and barbeque equipment. Complies with RoHS (European directive 2002/95/EC).
