POVAL™ PXP-05 by Japan Vam & Poval is a sodium-free, water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) grade. Available as powder. It provides minimal heavy metal presence. In particular sodium (Na) levels are reduced to the lowest possible amount achievable by conventional manufacturing methods. POVAL™ PXP-05 by Japan Vam & Poval can possibly be used in electronic component applications materials including photoresists (photosensitive resin), dopant materials, semiconductor overcoat, electrode materials, and semiconductor polishing lubricant.
