Lacovyl® PE 1311H by KEM ONE is a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) emulsion. It offers very low fogging, quick recovery and fine cell structure. It provides very viscous & pseudoplastic rheology and compact foam layer. Lacovyl® PE 1311H is suitable for highly plasticized coated fabrics and UBS (mastic).
