KEPAMID® 1500ST

KEPAMID® 1500ST is a high impact-modified Polyamide 6 (PA6) grade. Offers thermal properties with long term heat resistance between 80°C and 140°C. Possesses strong mechanical properties, impact strength and superior toughness. Exhibits relatively high moisture absorption rate, self-extinguishing characteristics, chemical- and oil resistance. Provides good friction and easy processablity. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in automotive applications like seat belt D-ring, furniture like stadium chair, protection equipment like helmet, cover and housing, electrical & electronics and industrial parts. Is a RoHS-compliant grade.
