KOCETAL® GF105

KOCETAL GF105 by Kolon ENP is a high viscosity polyacetal polyoxymethylene grade reinforced with 25% glass fiber. Provides heat-, friction-, fatigue-, creep-, alkali-, wear-, abrasion and weather resistance. Is resistant to chemicals such as window washing agent, antifreeze, gasoline and diesel oil. Possesses high rigidity and crystallinity, good toughness and thermal stability. Exhibits high stiffness, mechanical strength and durability. Shows less change in mechanical properties than nylon and PBT over (50-80)°C temperature. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended for automotive, electrical/electronics, agriculture and buildings GF105 by Kolon ENP complies with ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001 and KS I 7001/7002 certificates.
