Durethan® BG 30 X H 3.0 000000 by LANXESS is a heat aging stabilized polyamide (PA 6) grade reinforced with 30% glass fiber and glass sphere. Possesses high mechanical strength, good electrical insulation properties, low warpage and high stiffness. Exhibits good toughness, low friction, dynamic load bearing properties and good processability. Provides high wear-, abrasion-, shock & fracture resistance and the attenuation of noise and vibration. Shows high resistance to heat (170 to 200 °C over the short term; 80 to 160 °C long-term) and chemicals such as fuels, lubricants, solvents and cleaning agents. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Applications include central electric housings, gas-tank covers, and central lock-systems. Durethan® BG 30 X H 3.0 000000 complies with REACH (Regulation EC No. 1907/2006) and RoHS.
