Durethan® BKV 20 FN01 000000 by LANXESS is a halogen free, flame retardant polyamide (PA 6) grade reinforced with 18% glass fiber. Possesses high mechanical strength, good electrical insulation properties and high stiffness. Exhibits low friction, dynamic load bearing properties and good processability. Provides high wear-, abrasion-, shock & fracture resistance and the attenuation of noise and vibration. Shows high resistance to heat (170 to 200 °Cover the short term; 80 to 160 °C long-term) and chemicals such as fuels, lubricants, solvents, and cleaning agents. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Durethan® BKV 20 FN01 000000 is recommended for automotive, electrical/electronic industries and buildings and construction sector. Durethan® BKV 20 FN01 000000 complies with REACH (Regulation EC No. 1907/2006) and RoHS.
