Durethan® BKV 215 W1 902176 by LANXESS is a weather stabilized Polyamide 6 (Nylon 6) other Copolymer [PA 6 (Nylon 6), other Copolymer] grade reinforced with 15% glass fibers. Exhibits improved impact strength, heat-aging stabilized, good stress cracking behavior, heat resistance, dimensional accuracy and dimensional stability, high abrasion resistance, low friction and dynamic load bearing properties. Shows resistance to fuels, lubricants, solvents and cleaning agents. Possesses high stiffness, high-gloss surface finish with high reproduction accuracy, high shock and fracture resistance, electrical insulation, easy processing with rapid solidification and fast cycles. Suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in automotive, construction and electrical/electronic industries.
