Durethan® BKV 30 H2.0 901510 by LANXESS is a heat aging stabilized polyamide (PA 6) grade reinforced with 30% glass fiber. Exhibits high mechanical strength, high stiffness and good electrical insulation properties.
  • Also exhibits low friction, dynamic load bearing properties and good processability.
  • Provides high wear-, abrasion-, shock-, fracture- and good weather resistance.
  • Offers attenuation of noise and vibration.
  • Shows high resistance to heat (170 to 200 °C over the short term; 80 to 160 °C long-term) and chemicals such as fuels, lubricants, solvents and cleaning agents.
  • Is suitable for processing by injection molding.
  • Applications include air fans, door handles, tractor engine covers, air dryer housings and air fans for exhausting systems.
  • Durethan® BKV 30 H2.0 901510 is recommended for pedal brackets made by hybrid technology and support brackets for solar panels.
  • Complies with REACH (Regulation EC No. 1907/2006) and RoHS.
