Durethan® BKV 30 H2.0 EF 901510 by LANXESS is a black colored, heat aging stabilized polyamide (PA 6) grade reinforced with 30 % glass fiber. Possesses high mechanical strength, good flowability, high stiffness and good electrical insulation properties. Exhibits low friction, dynamic load bearing properties and good processability. Provides high wear-, abrasion-, shock & fracture-, good weather resistance and the attenuation of noise & vibration. Shows high resistance to heat (170 to 200 °C over the short term; 80 to 160 °C long-term) and chemicals such as fuels, lubricants, solvents, and cleaning agents. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Durethan® BKV 30 H2.0 EF 901510 is recommended for pedal brackets (hybrid technology), support brackets for solar panels and front ends. Durethan® BKV 30 H2.0 EF 901510 complies with REACH (Regulation EC No. 1907/2006) and RoHS.
