Durethan® BKV 30 H2.0 EF DUS029 901510 by LANXESS is a black colored, heat aging stabilized polyamide (PA 6) grade reinforced with 30 % glass fiber. Possesses high mechanical strength, good flowability, high stiffness and good electrical insulation properties. Exhibits low friction, dynamic load bearing properties and good processability. Provides high wear-, abrasion-, shock & fracture resistance, good weather resistance and the attenuation of noise and vibration. Shows high resistance to heat (170 to 200 °C over the short term; 80 to 160 °C long-term) and chemicals such as fuels, lubricants, solvents and cleaning agents. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended for pedal brackets made by hybrid technology and support brackets for solar panels. Durethan® BKV 30 H2.0 EF DUS029 901510 complies with REACH (Regulation EC No. 1907/2006) and RoHS.
