Durethan® BKV 30 N1 000000 by LANXESS is a flame retardant polyamide (PA 6) grade reinforced with 30 % glass fiber. Possesses high mechanical strength, high stiffness, and good electrical insulation properties. Exhibits low friction, dynamic load bearing properties and good processability. Provides high wear-, abrasion-, shock & fracture resistance, good weather resistance and the attenuation of noise & vibration. Shows high resistance to heat and chemicals such as fuels, lubricants, solvents, and cleaning agents. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Durethan® BKV 30 N1 000000 is recommended for automotive, electrical/electronic industries and buildings & constructions industries. Complies with REACH (Regulation EC No. 1907/2006) and RoHS.
