Durethan® BKV315ZH2.0 901510 by LANXESS is a heat-aging stabilized polyamide 6 (nylon 6) grade reinforced with 15% glass fiber. Possesses improved impact strength, good stress cracking behavior, heat resistance, dimensional accuracy and dimensional stability. Exhibits high abrasion resistance, low friction and dynamic load bearing properties. Shows resistance to fuels, lubricants, solvents and cleaning agents, high stiffness, high-gloss, good surface finish with high reproduction accuracy, high shock resistance, fracture resistance, electrical insulation. Exhibits easy processing with rapid solidification and fast cycles. Suitable for processing by blow molding. Durethan® BKV315ZH2.0 901510 is used in automotive-sector for manufacture of technical, extruded and blow molded articles (hollow parts, air ducts), extruded sheets for thermoforming applications etc. Complies with the requirements of EU (2002/95/EC0), RoHS directives and REACH.
