Durethan® BKV 50 H EF DUS022 900116 by LANXESS is a black colored, heat aging stabilized polyamide (PA 6) grade reinforced with 50 % glass fiber. Possesses high mechanical strength & stiffness, good flowability and good electrical insulation properties. Exhibits low friction, dynamic load bearing properties and good processability. Provides high wear-, abrasion-, shock & fracture resistance and the attenuation of noise and vibration. Is highly resistant to heat (170 to 200 °C over the short term; 80 to 160 °C long-term) and chemicals such as fuels, lubricants, solvents and cleaning agents. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in automotive industries, electrical/electronics and buildings & constructions industries. Durethan® BKV 50 H EF DUS022 900116 complies with REACH (Regulation EC No. 1907/2006) and RoHS.
