Durethan® BKV60PH2.0EF

Durethan® BKV60PH2.0EF by LANXESS is polyamide 6 grade reinforced with 60% glass fiber. It is an easy to process, cost-effective alternatives to polyamide 66. Exhibits high dynamic durability, good flow and improved mechanical properties. Used in lightweight construction and mechanical engineering for dynamically highly stressed components such as gear wheels. Shows high resistance to fatigue and cyclical mechanical loads as well as high performance symbolized by “P” in the product name. Recommended for supporting structures for electrical/ electronics modules in batteries for electric vehicles, engine oil pans, oil filter modules and end caps. Durethan® BKV60PH2.0EF is also used in engine & chassis mounts, damper pistons and seat shells for passenger cars.
