Durethan® C 38 FKS 000000 by LANXESS is a slip agent, nucleated, Polyamide 6 (Nylon 6) [PA 6 (Nylon 6)] grade. Exhibits medium viscosity, improved surface finish, good stress cracking behavior, heat resistance, dimensional accuracy and dimensional stability, high abrasion resistance. Shows resistance to fuels, lubricants, solvents and cleaning agents. Possesses high stiffness, high-gloss surface finish with high reproduction accuracy, easy processing with rapid solidification and fast cycles. Suitable for processing by extrusion. Recommended for manufacture of films, multi-layer films, sausage casings etc. Durethan® C 38 FKS 000000 complies with the requirements of EU (2002/95/EC0), RoHS and REACH directives.
