Pocan® B 4239 000000 by LANXESS is a flame retardant Polybutylene Terephthalate [PBT] grade reinforced with 30% glass fiber. Exhibits high resistance to heat, chemicals, solvents, lubricants, fuels, cleaning fluids and abrasion. Shows improved impact strength, good flow ability, low tendency to warp, high stiffness, dimensional accuracy and stability. Possesses excellent slip properties, good strength and hardness. Provides low susceptibility to stress cracking, low surface friction, low moisture absorption, easy processing with rapid solidification and fast cycles. Processed by injection molding. Recommended for manufacture of housings and fan cowlings. Pocan® B 4239 000000 complies with the requirements of EU Directive (2002/95/EC0), RoHS directive and REACH.
