LATER 4E61

LATER 4E61 is a polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT). Provides toughness and good impact resistance even at low temperature. Possesses good mechanical-, thermal- and electrical- properties. Exhibits good chemical-, wear-resistance and low moisture absorption. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Parts made from 4E61 can be used in very humid environments but is not suitable for use in continuous or long contact with hot water (above 50°C). Potential applications include automotive, precision mechanics, household appliances, electronics and biobased applications.
