LATICONTHER 62 CPG/500 is a polyamide 6 (PA6) grade reinforced with special mineral filler and glass fibers. Is a high thermal conductive grade that offers cost-efficiency. Offers higher heat transfer by conduction in comparison with ordinary thermoplastic compounds. Possesses improved stiffness, lower weight compared to metal, chemical resistance and coefficient of linear thermal expansion close to metal counterparts . Is suitable for processing by injection molding. The use of LATICONTHER 62 CPG/500 helps to remove heat produced during working of the part (e.g.: in electrical or electronic devices), by improving heat transfer. Potential applications include automotive, precision mechanics, household appliances and biobased applications.
