LATICONTHER 80 GR/50 is a graphite containing polyphenylene sulphide (PPS). Is a high thermal conductive grade that offers cost-efficiency. Offers higher heat transfer by conduction in comparison with ordinary thermoplastic compounds. Possesses lower weight compared to metal, chemical resistance and coefficient of linear thermal expansion close to metal counterparts . Is suitable for processing by injection molding. The use of LATICONTHER 80 GR/50 helps to remove heat produced during working of the part (e.g.: in electrical or electronic devices), by improving heat transfer. Potential applications include automotive, precision mechanics, household appliances and biobased applications. Complies with UL94 V-0 flame rating.
