LATILON 30D G/10-V0

LATILON 30D G/10-V0 is a bromine, chlorine and halogen free flame retardant polycarbonate (PC) based compound reinforced with 10% glass fibers. Is a cost efficient polyester, exhibiting a low tendency to form crystalline areas with dyphenilic unit in the molecule. Provides good mechanical properties, fluidity, high impact-, chemical-, ageing-resistance and stiffness. Possesses high dimensional stability, good UV resistance, low smoke density, low toxicity index and low moisture absorption. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Parts made from LATILON 30D G/10-V0 is not suitable for use in contact with hot water (above 50°C). Potential applications include automotive, precision mechanics, household appliances, electronics and biobased applications. Complies with UL94 V-0 and V-2 flame rating.
