LUVOCOM® 1105-7185 by Lehmann & Voss is a natural/black colored, non-flammable, lubricant modified, polyetheretherketone reinforced with carbon fiber and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). It exhibits improved friction & wear behavior and low thermal coefficient of expansion. LUVOCOM® 1105-7185 is optimized for dry running operations. It is suitable for dynamically-stressed parts moving at high velocity, chemically- and hydrolytically- resistant parts and strong & stiff parts. Recommended for automotive, textile machinery, medical & precision engineering and aircraft industry. Also, used in bearings, sleeves, control disks, gear wheels, pump impellers, gear parts and highest tribological requirements.
