LUVOCOM® 1105-8160

LUVOCOM® 1105-8160 by Lehmann & Voss is a non-flammable, lubricant modified, polyetheretherketone reinforced with carbon fiber. It exhibits low thermal coefficient of expansion and improved friction and wear behavior for highest tribological requirements. It is self-lubricating and available in natural and black color. It is suitable for dynamically stressed parts moving at high velocity, strong & stiff parts and chemically- and hydrolytically- resistant parts. This grade is processed by injection molding. LUVOCOM® 1105-8160 is used in bearings, sleeves, control disks, gear wheels, pump impellers, gear parts, automotive, textile machinery, medical & precision engineering and aircraft industry.
