LUVOCOM® 1105-9018

LUVOCOM® 1105-9018 by Lehmann & Voss is a non-flammable, easy flowing, lubricant modified, polyetheretherketone reinforced with carbon fiber and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). It is processed by injection molding. This grade exhibits improved friction & wear behavior and low warpage. LUVOCOM® 1105-9018 is optimized for dry running operations. It is used in dynamically-stressed parts moving at high velocity, chemically- & hydrolytically- resistant parts. It is used for manufacturing of bearings, sleeves, control disks, gear wheels, pump impellers and gear parts. Recommended for automotive industry, textile machinery, medical- and precision engineering and aircraft industry.
