LUVOCOM® 1105-9098/XTF by Lehmann & Voss is a high performance PEEK (polyetheretherketone) with PTFE. It is a lubricant modified, non-flammable grade. It shows improved friction and wear behavior. It is optimized for dry running operations. It is suitable for dimensionally stable precision, chemically- and hydrolytically resistant parts. LUVOCOM® 1105-9098/XTF is processed by injection molding. The possible applications of this grade include automotive industry, industrial sector, oil & gas market and high precision machined components via stock shapes. It is optimized for dry running operations.
