LUVOCOM® 20-0778 by Lehmann & Voss is an electrically conductive, polphthalamid reinforced with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and glass fiber. It is processed by injection molding. This grade exhibits improved friction and wear behavior. It shows low influence from moisture and temperature on dimensional stability and electrical properties, compared with PA66. LUVOCOM® 20-0778 is suitable for strong & stiff parts and continuous discharging of statically-generated electricity. It is optimized for dry running operations. Recommended for automotive industry, textile- and office machinery, apparatus- and precision engineering. Also, used in bearings, sleeves, sliding elements, control disks, gear wheels, duty parts in switches.
